NEMMS JV is a well-established Indigenous Mining & Civil Contractor, operating throughout Western Australia, with a focus on the Pilbara Region. We are a client focused organisation with a strong track record in the successful delivery of contracts in mining, civil and bulk handling projects.
We are seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Area Maintenance Superintendent, to work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
Location – Perth Based with regular site travel.
About the role:
- Support sites to plan and coordinate their weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner through prioritising resources, machinery and people;
- Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logistical problems;
- Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities;
- Identify resource and skill gaps for team members and develop strategies to close gaps;
- Support sites to uphold quality of work and asset integrity.
About you:
- Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or relevant equivalent;
- 3 + years post trade HD experience;
- Previous experience in a Supervisory Role;
- Mentoring and coaching and rolling out training and development plans;
- Working knowledge of planning and scheduling, plant availability and preventative maintenance processes;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated background experience with medium fleets and teams looking after a variety of CAT Civil/Construction/Mining Mobile Equipment and Ancillary equipment.
