Improvement Specialist (Mine Control)
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is pleased to announce a new vacancy for an Improvement Specialist (Mine Control) to join our prestigious mining client on a 3-month contract. In this role you will be working from Brisbane and traveling to site as required to meet with key stakeholders across the operations.
In this role you will be working within the team that monitors the end to end Mine Control Process Control performance, facilitates PPS activities and investigations and supports embedding operational discipline through coaching and feedback to line leaders.
Specific duties include
- Managing the adoption and integration of centralised processes with key site stakeholders (current on-going project)
- Carrying out Mine Control truck and shovel investigations using the established tools and processes providing coaching and support for the established lean boards
You will be a degree qualified professional that has significant experience within process improvement and truck & shovel mining experience. It is envisioned you will be working as a consultant or for a mining company in the production mining space.
