We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Integrity Engineer to join our Power & Networks team in Kidman Park, SA on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting to the Asset Integrity Manager, you will play a key role in providing engineering services to support the management of assets operated and maintained by APA across South Australia, Victoria and Queensland. On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake technical reviews in accordance with Australian Standards (e.g. SMS, RLR, FSA) and regulatory requirements (e.g. SC, FFP)
  • Identify risks to be addressed and managed, and recommend proposal to prevent or mitigate those risks.
  • Provide timely technical support and advice to operational departments and/or projects
  • Support, facilitate and manage asset integrity projects

To excel in this position you will have the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

  • Tertiary engineering qualifications relevant to the natural gas industry (i.e. mechanical, process)
  • Working knowledge of AS2885 and AS4645
  • At least three years’ working experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Ability to think strategically and identify clear actions and priorities, necessary for the effective management of assets
