This role reports to the IAM Planning & Improvement manager. This role will require the successful candidate to have had considerable levels of commercial experience and be able to demonstrate the full range of interpersonal skills necessary to deal with a diverse range of stakeholder groups internal or external to the business.
• Lead representative developing strategies and plans on applicable complex commercial opportunities for the IAM team;
• Focussed on commercial outcomes to support operations, you will also provide general support as required for IAM contractual and commercial matters;
• Manage the required contract and capital approval submissions for IAM in accordance with Business requirements;
• Provide training and support within IAM on potential contractual and evaluation processes; and
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and driving positive change.
