MTCT Services, a subsidiary of UGL, has recently been awarded a 5year maintenance contract for ESSO’s onshore and offshore facilities.

We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduler to join our team at Hastings VIC.

The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring planned works are effectively scheduled to meet UGL and client timeframes and to maximize utilization of UGL trades and related resources.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Assist with estimating and preparation of quotations across all disciplines of maintenance required and review and assess work plans, ensuring scopes are in line UGL & Client work management requirements and implementation practicalities.
• Liaise with client operation teams and meeting to ensure operational status of equipment to be worked on is available and accurate
• Create approved work schedule to correct format and timing
• Lead and promote effective scheduling meeting to feed forward to approved client schedule
• Provide cross asset cover for scheduling requirements at LIP and Offshore.

You will join and be part of the Operations team providing Maintenance Services to the Onshore and Offshore Gas Processing Facility. Significant experience working in an oil & gas, chemical processing or hazardous area environment is advantageous.

To be successful in these roles you will have:

• Experience in project maintenance planning and scheduling and a good working knowledge of a Primavera P6 computerised planning management system, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP accounting systems will also be highly regarded
• Contract interpretation to identify opportunities that will greater enhance company returns using numerous established pricing tables for various maintenance and fabrication tasks
