NRW is currently seeking a Site Engineer to join our Civil and Estimating Departments. Initially you will be seconded to the Estimating team working in the Perth office for 12 months. After this period the position will then transition into a Project based FIFO role.
As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Providing general technical, engineering, planning assistance to estimating staff
- Performing technical, engineering, scheduling, planning, procurement and quality controls functions
- Interpreting engineering documents and drawings for field personnel
- Participating in bid evaluation of field subcontracts
To be considered for this position you will require:
- Relevant bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a civil construction environment
- Exposure to planning and organising work schedules
- Working knowledge of HS&E requirements
- Sound communication skills
- Australian residency
