About the Position
This role is Managing Work Management Processes and Systems to embed standard work in a consistant way. The role requires facilitating transparent and detailed shutdown planned work orders. The Work Management Planner is a critical contributor to successful delivery of sustainable performance for the business. Providing a data driven baseline from which to execute, analyse and improve. The role is for 6 months based in Adelaide CBD with a Monday to Friday roster.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing notifications to create work orders
- Identifying opportunities for standards and in doing so increase efficiencies and accuracy
- Embedding standard work packages into task lists via 1SAP work management processes
- Identifying and resolving data errors
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in maintenance planning
- Ability to work autonomously with a focus on improving data and processes
- Discipline in applying a process
About the Candidate
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Great problem solving capabilities who can work autonomously with a focus on improving data and processes
- previous maintenance planning experience
- A compliance focus background with an eye for detail
- Proven collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated success utilising 1SAP or a similar system
- An ability to speak up and ask questions
- Previous background in mining preferred
- Previous background in a mechanical or electrical trade may be beneficial but not essential.
