Reporting to the Superintendent Planning and Asset Health, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing asset health information in order to support our site execution and MCoE planning teams in accordance with the 1SAP work management processes and the total equipment strategies. With a focus on Mobile Fleet, as the Asset Health Specialist you will monitor asset health and predictive analytics reporting in order to develop, deliver and continuously improve maintenance work plans for the operations.
- Monitoring and reviewing of Asset Health data including but not limited to oil samples results and on-board sensor data
- Engaging with and supporting Site Execution teams with fleet health actions
- Engaging with and supporting MCoE Planning team prioritise work and understand component health based on condition data
- Engaging with and supporting MCoE Strategy optimisation and development teams to support optimal fleet strategy decisions
- Reviewing data trends across an equipment class to identify inherent issues common across equipment classes
- Leveraging an integrated, standardised planning process, and identify opportunities for standardisation across sites
- Supporting, developing and pioneering MCoE Asset Health tools, processes and procedures
You will have the ability to utilise data and analytics to identify trends, draw conclusions and provide recommendations to add real value for the business. We are seeking applications from candidates with a broad range of experience including engineering, trade and data science. The following will also contribute to your success in this role:
- Technical knowledge of mobile equipment
- An understanding of work management processes preferred
- An understanding of condition monitoring and asset health principles
- The ability to multi task and monitor data trends across an equipment class
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to drive performance in a team
- Trade or Engineering qualifications preferred
