The role and your team

Leading an experienced HR, Change and Communication team, our Employee Experience and Transformation Manager will partner with leaders to support and enable enterprise-wide change and an uplift in cultural transformation.  You will be consultative in your approach and a catalyst for positive change by providing leaders with a consolidated view of meaningful performance diagnostics, and support them to identify the source of team performance and effectiveness constraints. Your purpose will be to support the Executive Team and leaders in ensuring all people-centric change and transformation programs enhance and promote the employee experience and achieve the desired outcomes for Urban Utilities.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like

  • Championing the importance of people and employee experience   
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Working with leaders across the business to construct a program of organisation-wide, integrated people interventions
  • Ensuring your team understand business strategies to influence and drive the change agenda  
  • Delivering our fantastic initiatives and projects
