Northern Star Resources Limited is a global-scale ASX 100 gold production and exploration company with a Mineral Resource base of 10.2 million ounces and Ore Reserves of 3.5 million ounces. This large inventory means it now has 10 years of mine life visibility ensuring Northern Star has a long future based on its Tier-1 operations of Kalgoorlie and Jundee.
Jundee has experienced high production growth and exploration success over recent years achieving reserves at 1.4moz and a visible mine life of 10 years. Production is set to grow to a 300,000ozpa within the next two years.
We are looking for an experienced Safety and Training Coordinator to join our world-class Jundee operation.
The Processing Safety and Training Coordinator reports to the Process Manager, and the primary role is to co-ordinate and execute our Safety Management System with a relentless focus on safety, compliance and continual improvement.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in mineral processing plant operation and maintenance.
- Certificate IV in OHS / WHS.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in conducting on-the-job training and assessment.
- Experience in incident investigation and reporting.
- Auditing or inspection experience.
- Internal or Lead Audit qualification would be highly regarded.
- Intermediate competency in excel and presentation applications, word processing and database applications.
- Effective delivery/presentation of training materials to crews.
- Effective communication and literacy skills (written and verbal) to be able to liaise with internal and external Stakeholders.
- St Johns Senior First Aid certificate (highly desirable).
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
- A National Police Clearance.
