Servicing the mining and earthmoving industry, EMJC Earthmoving and Plant Hire has offices, a yard and mechanical workshops located in Perth, Newman and an onsite team in Collie.

Due to the unpredicted growth EMJC are looking for suitable qualified Heavy-Duty Plant Mechanics and a Auto Electrician for two sperate divisions within the company.

Position 1 is for a fixed term contract in the Pilbara Region for 2 x Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics based on a 2 week on 2 week off dayshift roster.

Position 2 is a full-time position based in our Hazelmere workshop for 1 x Heavy-Duty Plant Mechanic (Road Transport or Earthmoving)

Position 3 is a full-time position based in our Newman workshop either FIFO or Residential for 1 x Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic and 1 x Auto Electrician

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be required to undertake various repairs, as well as complete all required job cards, paperwork and safety requirements.

A very competitive rate is on offer for the successful candidate.

Essential skills and qualifications for this role include:

• Trade Certificate
• Current driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years’ trade experience
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety industry standard requirements
• Current Air Conditioning Licence
• Ability to undertake and pass induction processes
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Time and self-management skills
• RTIO Inducted would be preferable
