Master Data Specialist
To ensure our plant maintenance master data systems are performing as per the Work Management Processes, by continually monitoring, reviewing and improving our processes, and ensure data quality, accuracy is maintained. This will ensure the below”-
- Reduce costs.
- Reduce risks to people, plant and equipment.
- Increase work planning, scheduling and execution efficiency.
- Measure compliance.
Control change.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Develop and maintain master data standards to support and enhance FMG’s asset management and work management processes
- Develop and maintain guidelines to support accurate master data management
- Develop and maintain Quick Reference Guides as training material to execute master data changes.
- Communicate master data standards and master data change processes across the business.
- Facilitate changes to master data to align with standards and guidelines.
- Assess master data changes for compliance to standard.
- Facilitate training and coaching of key users to ensure compliance to standard and understanding of master data usage.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure and assess master data compliance.
- Develop and maintain reports leveraging master data to improve asset reliability and work management processes
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience in SAP implementations (SAP PM data)
- Trade or engineering background in an asset management role.
- Previous leadership and supervisory experience.
- Previous project and change management leadership roles.
- Previous experience managing master data in large organisations
- 5 to 7 years on the job SAP experience
