Our new Water Services Coordinator will be a practical and safety focused team member who wants to expand their knowledge and skills in coordinating and managing water assets including:

•       Process plant - Silt removal systems, Remote Osmosis Plants, Clarifiers

•       Water pumps and transfer stations

•       Infrastructure – dams, injection bores, extraction bores

Our new Water Services Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities:

•       Coordinate the operation of operational water infrastructure and assets;

•       Ensure all water service operations are performed in a safe and sustainable manner;

•       Liaising with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure projects proceed smoothly;

• Managing contractors.

Our new Water Services Coordinator will have the following experience and knowledge:

•       Have a strong commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence;

• Demonstrable competency in operating and performing basic maintenance on water related plant and equipment or the ability to develop this;

• Ability to solve complex and time critical problems;

•       Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a small but focused project team;

• Basic IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite;

•       Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders; and

•       Three plus years of experience in mining or water projects would be beneficial.

You will report to the Senior Projects Engineer. This is a residential position on a 5/2 (M – F) roster with attractive working hours.
