Our client, an ASX listed exploration and development company, is offering an exciting “once in a career opportunity”, to be a part of a complete mine start up in a well preserved historical mine site located in South-East Asia. This ground floor project provides the opportunity to play a pivotal role in design and construction of a genuinely world class VMS operation, and will appeal to your desire to forge a lasting legacy within the international mining industry.
Reporting to the HSEC Manager, the Facilities Manager will project manage the construction and refurbishment of road, water, waste and sewerage infrastructure as well as oversee the renovation of the existing buildings. You will work closely with the management team and local people through construction and refurbishment and into the operational phase of the site.
Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering with experience developing and building infrastructure in an expatriate environment.
