KCA Site Services is a WA owned and operated mining supplier, providing quality personnel and service solutions to the mining industry locally and overseas.
Due to increasing demand our client are now looking for an experienced underground Production Engineer to join their dynamic team on a 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. Your key duties will include monitoring of production and drill and blast activities and ensure targets are met. You will complete stope designs, summarised stope notes and stope reconciliations within set timeframes. Other tasks include performance assessments for each stope and back analyse to ensure continuous improvement across production and drill and blast. This role will work closely with all areas of production and technical services.
You will possess a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering and proven operational experience in an underground hard rock environment, ideally having completed your underground time. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment.
The successful applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test as well as have a valid National Police Clearance.
