An open cut coal mine is seeking a Mine Surveyor on a permanent basis DIDO Bowen basin / residential basis.
Your new company
An international mining company that is at the forefront of their industry is now seeking an experienced Mine Surveyor to join their open cut operation on a permanent basis on either a DIDO Mackay / Rockhampton or on a residential basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior mine Surveyor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to measuring the volume of materials moved, accurate pegging of areas to be mined, locating blast & exploration holes, preparation and maintenance of all mine surveying plans and managing the survey control data base for operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a tertiary qualified Mine Surveyor with demonstrated experience working in an open cut mine. As you will be required to hit the ground running it will be highly advantageous if you are a competent in using Vulcan and Eyesight.
