About the Client
Golding Contractors delivers a full range of open cut mining services in the coal and metalliferous mining sectors, spanning the entire mine development and operations. About the Role
Reporting to the production superintendent, you will operate mobile plant equipment, consisting of Haul Trucks and Graders or Dozers.
As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. This role is drive in drive out of Mackay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile plant equipment
- Work rotating 7/7 rosters Days / Nights
- Pre-start checks
- Maintain equipment
- Operate equipment safely
- Follow company policies and procedures
Skills/Experience:
- Min 12 months Operating experience minimum CAT 785
- RII's, Site Authorisations, Training Transcripts
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11 Surface Induction
- Production oriented with a focus on achieving results for both yourself and for the company
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- A medical including drug and alcohol testing is required as part of the recruitment process.
