The Opportunity – Maintenance Surface Planners (Appin)
Based on site, the Maintenance Surface Planner contributes to the maintenance planning function by optimising and improving life of asset performance and availability of fixed plant and production equipment.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Ensure that accurate weekly work schedules are produced and signed off by relevant sub functions
- Ensure the schedules and plans enable effective deployment of work execution resources
- Validates adequate resource levelling and align with work requirements
- Consolidate and provide 12-week schedule (weekly detail) and a week plus 3 weekly work schedules (daily detail) to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure contractor validation is current prior to contractor engagement
- Coordinate and comply with the rescheduling process of activities under guidance from Shift Maintenance Supervisor and/or Superintendent
- Provide the Supply Warehouse and Inventory Sub-function with relevant information related to changes to annual material quantity requirements based on the forward work load materials requirements
About You

- Tertiary/ trade qualification in relevant Engineering field
- Frontline Management qualification (desired)
- Proficiency in 1SAP
- Knowledge of Project Management Software (desired)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Maintenance
