The Opportunity – Outbye Maintenance Services Coordinator
Based at our Dendrobium site and reporting to the Outbye Superintendent, the purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction for the executive day to day maintenance services in order to achieve established KPI targets and statutory compliance.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Demonstrate personal compliance to all elements of the Mine Operating System (MOS) including disciplined planning, delivery, accountability and urgency
- Actively contribute to forecasting and scheduling of services electrical and mechanical maintenance activities and projects
- Analyse Mine Services equipment performance with a view to predicting and preventing unscheduled downtime
- Ensure execution activities are conducted safely and cost effectively
- Lead, coach and mentor employees to deliver performance
- Coordinate Mechanical support for Mine Services operations and associated activities
About You

- Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Engineering field
- 3 years’ experience working in an Underground Coal Mine
