As the Rebuild Pricing Coordinator you’ll be responsible for developing accurate pricing for machine rebuild solutions to meet customer needs and expectations. You will ensure that the customer and Marketing team are kept up to date on rebuild progress and schedule, ensuring WesTrac achieves maximum utilisation of assets and manpower to supply the most efficient machine turnaround time for the customer.
You will work closely with the Sales Department, Service Pricing Group, Area Manager and Rebuilds workshop team to effectively manage the schedule and forecast. This role is based in South Guildford working 5 days on, 2 days off, 10 hours per day for a Fixed Term of 12 months.
Essential;
- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment and information systems
- Advanced data collating and analysis skills to interpret data and produce reports
- Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Project Management)
- Demonstrated high level customer service skills with the ability to negotiate customer solutions
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
