The Opportunity
Our client is seeking HD fitters to join their team that refurbish and upgrade new mining dump trucks and drills.
- Ongoing Role
- Immediate start
- FIFO from Melbourne
- Local residents from Burnie, Tasmania
- $54.60 per hour
- 12 hour days
- 2:1 roster
The Role
- Working on adding upgrades to new dump trucks, drills and loaders for mines
- Refurbishing old mining equipment / mobile plant
- Mine specing machinery
The successful candidate will
- Be residential to Burnie or FIFO from Melbourne
- Have a diesel fitter or equivalent qualification
- Have proven experience working on mobile plant
- Have a current drivers licence
- Have a good work ethic and a "can do" attitude
