About the Position
- Performing inspections on the wet processing plant
- Repairs to fixed plant during breakdowns and shutdowns
- General wet processing plant operations duties.
- General plant housekeeping including skid steer operations and general hosing
- Operate mobile equipment as required – telehandler, loader, rockbreaker
- Assist the crushing fixed plant team as required
- Implement, maintain and improve company policies & procedures
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs experience working in wet processing fixed plant
- Sound understanding and previous experience in mineral processing operations including crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, flotation, thickening, and filtration.
- Current C Class Driver’s License
- Enter & Work in Confined Spaces
- Work Safely at Heights
- Skid Steer Loader Ticket
- Front End Loader Ticket & experience
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in Dense Media Separation (DMS) highly advantageous
- High Risk License – CN, EWP & other classes
- Overhead Crane Ticket/experience
- Telehandler Ticket
