Chandler Macleod is working with South32 to source a Warehouse Administrator/Stores person to join the experienced team at their TEMCO site in Bell Bay, Tasmania. This is a permanent role for a local candidate.

The role:
Ensuring compliance to the SAP process for stock administration, capturing related transactional data into the system
Completing all warehouse related tasks including executing stock issues, receivables, deliveries, returns, management of repairable stock, management of vendor non-compliance and regular cyclical stock counting
Adhering to procedures, processes and ensuring a secure warehouse for 100% stock control
Timely and accurate reporting of all safety concerns and following of safe work practices
The successful candidate:
Experienced in warehouse operations
Hold a current fork-lift licence
Hold a manual driver’s licence
Demonstrate sound inventory control skills on SAP
Be customer-focused and consistently aim to provide the highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders
