Our multidisciplinary service offering includes the traditional services of scaffolding, rope access, insulation, protective coatings & blasting and passive fire protection as well as specialist services such as refractory, asbestos management, and advanced industrial cleaning and vaccumation of heat exchangers, pipes, tanks and vessels using high pressure water and chemicals.
The Project
The Chandala Processing Plant Project is apart of the Tronox mines ore deposits operations. Cape Australia provides ongoing maintenance operations on this plant. This plant is located near Muchea.
The Role and Requirements
We are seeking applications from suitably experienced Advanced Scaffolders & Leading Hand Scaffolders for ongoing maintenance work at the Tronox operated Chandala Processing Plant based near Muchea. These positions will be in a DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) daily capacity.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Advanced Scaffolders in a heavy maintenance environment
- Current HRWL
- Hold a Current Nationally Accredited Confined Space & Working at Heights Qualification (within 2 years)
- Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
