Step into team leadership and start your career path to supervisory roles. We are looking for experienced and proven mobile maintenance leading hands with strong diesel fitting backgrounds. Play a pivotal part in the maintenance department to ensure day to day activities are executed in line with the maintenance strategy. You will work with a diverse team across a large fleet of mobile mining equipment.

About you
Coming from a trade qualified background in diesel fitting, you will possess a dedicated maintenance background with strong experience leading work groups in all aspects of maintenance activities across mobile mining equipment including large shovels, excavators, ultra-class haul trucks and associated ancillary equipment. Understanding of maintenance strategies, breakdowns, diagnostics and preventative maintenance is critically important. You will have developed your leadership skills through delivering in similar roles and have the drive and career aspirations to step up in to more senior positions. Your focus on safety and positive team work with be key in this role.
