Position Title: Area Superintendent - Health & Safety
Company: Major Mining Company
Salary: Circa. $130,000 + Benefits + Full Relocation
Location: Remote Mining Region (Western Australia) Residential OR FIFO (Perth)

The Opportunity: As the Area Superintendent for Health & Safety across multiple mine sites in Western Australia, you will be responsible for advising operations and operatives on all matters relating to Health & Safety. There will be a strong emphasis towards analysis, training, advisement of risk and the development of systems and programs across site.

Core Responsibilities:
- Training
- Risk assessments
- Incident investigations
- Advising operatives and operations on matters relating to H&S
- Analysis of safety data performance

Requirements:
- Mining experience
- ICAM Experience
- Health & Safety experience
- Excellent communication
- Qualifications relating to Health & Safety
- Strong ability in coaching & training
- Leadership experience in SHEC across multiple mine sites
- Positive attitude
