About the Role
We currently seeking a highly motivated individual to provide professional team supervision and leadership for our Brisbane based service team in the Equipment Assembly Department.
  
In this rewarding role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive the values of CPS focusing on People and Safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost metrics within the team to ensure our customers receive the best quality product on time and in full as per the scheduled plan
• Provide accurate input and expertise into meeting or exceeding the ‘scheduled dates’.
• Encourage accountability within your team for the utilisation of agreed methods and measures to produce reliable results.
• Manage customer expectations and priorities to ensure the delivery of appropriate costs and timeliness.
• Engage in weekly departmental meetings with various tiers of management to keep abreast of all WIP/Work Order Scheduling.
• Increase productivity whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency by overseeing all manpower, equipment requirements, organizational changes, processes and procedure development.
• Effectively monitor and implement safety management systems.
• Continuously improve the end to end Equipment Assembly and Standardised work processes

About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or Foreman role
• Trade Qualification (Mechanical preferred)
• Successfully lead a large team of diverse people and delivered on expected results
• Previous experience in Caterpillar Parts and Products
• Demonstrated high level of workplace health and safety
• Ability to effectively lead, communicate and maintain respectful relationships, both internally and externally
