Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all survey control required to achieve short to medium term production and development targets
- Ensure development and production designs are created in an efficient time period
- Perform CMS Surveys and confirm accuracy of results
- Complete Asbuilt surveys as required
- Maintain and improve mine models
- Ensure compliance to legislative requirements and site standards
- Undertake End of Month Surveys
- Perform workplace inspections
- Any other tasks as directed by your supervisor
Requirements
- Mine Survey or Spatial Sciences Degree/Diploma
- Able to work efficiently autonomously and as part of a team
- Background in use of mine software including Surpac will be highly regarded
- Background in use of Leica Total Station will be highly regarded
- Minimum of 2 years underground metalliferous mining experience
- Able to forward plan and prioritise tasks
- Must be an Australian resident and have a manual car licence
