Health, Safety & RTW Coordinator
Our client is a top tier mining house with both open pit and underground operations worldwide across a variety of commodities. In this role you will ensure the health and safety of mining staff on site through health and safety audits and regular compliance checks to certify that all state and federal regulations are met.
Reporting to: HSE Manager
Responsibilities:
- Injury Management and RTW Coordination
- Inductions & Risk Assessments
- Audit Contractors to Ensure HSE Compliance
- Manage Incident Reporting
- Safety Analysis and Incident Investigation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Return to Work Qualification is Preferred
- 2 Years+ Mining/Heavy Industry Experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations
- Strong IT and Report Writing Skills
- Excellent Communicator who can mentor site based staff on H+S Procedure
