Maintenance Superintendent (Reliability) - Moranbah North Mine
Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading reliability improvement in the Longwall, Development and Coal Clearance processes. You will be responsible for continual monitoring and improvement of maintenance systems, strategies and standards to ensure the Engineering and Maintenance Department delivers and sustains the required asset performance and cost objectives. You will provide expert input to reliability engineering services in the form of statistical analysis, investigations and advice in the areas of asset management by applying modern risk management techniques.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Mechanical / Electrical Trade Qualification and/or Tertiary Qualification in Engineering. You will have experience in the maintenance / RCM / RCA reliability field. Experience with underground mining equipment is desirable. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of the operation.
