About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Specialist Business Improvement, for a 6 month contract with possible extension. Residential  DIDO 5 days, 2 off from Karratha. 

The successful candidate will support operations in delivering improvement opportunities through their area of accountability and analyse current performance and work with subject matter experts to deliver standardise methods of operating.

Duties
•    Supporting and assisting department leaders and their team to identify and deliver sustainable improvements through Analysis methods
•    Facilitating the delivery of our cost reduction and productivity
•    Facilitating and leading high value initiatives across dedicated sites as well as assisting in developing the financial acumen of our leaders
•    Supporting and coaching others in delivering improvement opportunities


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
•    5+ years experience in a Business Improvement role, ideally within the Mining & Resources sector.
•    Rolling Rock and/or Heavy industry Operational experience will be highly favoured 
•    Extensive experience using business improvement methodologies and processes
•    Demonstrated experience as a strong communicator, influencer, planner and an analytical capability 
•    Right to work in Australia
