Maintenance Supervisor - Infrastructure – Dawson Mine
We are looking for a committed and professional leader who wants to make a difference. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Dawson mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent/EEM, this role will be accountable for managing the coordination of personnel, equipment and resources to complete Infrastructure maintenance activities in order to ensure compliance.
The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed in line with safety and statutory obligations and will achieve this through active engagement and effective leadership.
As the successful candidate, you will have relevant trade or diploma qualifications in Engineering, in addition, you will have supervisory experience across building, plumbing and construction industry and have a solid understanding of site requirements. Demonstrated experience managing a team to deliver against KPIs and dedication to driving business improvement is required. Your commitment to the Anglo American safety culture will also be imperative.
