The Company
Panoramic Resources is an ASX listed company established in 2001. We are excited to announce the restart our Savannah underground nickel sulphide mine and processing plant located in the East Kimberley. The Savannah Nickel Project is a significant Australian sulphide orebody with a +8 year mine life with excellent potential for mine life extension through exploration success and short lead time to production.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the Savannah Nickel Project leadership team. If you are a Process Manager with a strong ability to drive strategic direction and change initiatives as well as inspire engagement from your teams with, this may be the role for you.
This role is offered on a FIFO (Perth, Broome or Darwin) or DIDO (Kununurra, Halls Creek) 8 Days 6 off roster.
About You
In this role, you will ensure our values and our commitment to diversity and inclusion is lived across the organisation. You will be responsible for building and leading a high performing processing team and lead new approaches to work based on agile principles.

- Have a strong passion for developing and implementing innovative process, systems and technology for a progressive mining operation

- Pro-active, self-motivated, and lead by example to establish a strong safety and workplace culture
- Show strong stewardship in the areas of health, safety, and environment ensuring compliance with all mining statutory acts and regulations
- Demonstrate the ability to apply positive and constructive influencing and interpersonal skills to a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve results through collaboration, commitment, and teamwork.
- Have a tertiary qualification in metallurgy/ chemical engineering
- Be physically fit and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
