Relines Australia provides specialist labour and equipment resources for mill relining works throughout Australia. We have developed a reputation as the industry leader in the provision of safe and cost effective mill reline services.
As part of our continued growth and success, we are seeking experienced Reline Supervisors to join our expanding team.
These roles will predominantly involve working on multiple Client sites and projects, with the following Responsibilities:
- Commitment to health, safety and quality
- Tender and estimate preparation
- Allocation of labour resources
- Driving productivity within work groups
- Completion of works on schedule
- Frequent contact with client representatives, supplier representatives, subcontractors and employees
- Actively promote Relines Australia to new and existing clients
Suitable applicants will possess:
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Mill reline exposure would be highly regarded
- Current drivers licence
- Site based experience in engineering and construction industry/a maintenance industrial environment
- Sounds computer skills, able to use email, word and excel
- Written communication skills
- Communicates effectively
- Willing to work on a wide range of tasks involving on and off site work and often irregular hours
