We are seeking a Project Supervisor to contribute to the delivery of a Lithium Crushing & Screening Project.

Cape has secured a production Lithium crushing project located in the South West Region of Western Australia. Under the contract we are required to crush approximately 3.5MT of Lithium ore per annum utilising mobile track mounted circuits. This contract is a multiyear contract (2-4 years) presenting a great employment and career development opportunity.

You will be responsible for the delivery of safe production and financial performance whilst maintaining sustainability through structured planning, client relationship management, contract compliance, effective project controls and people management.

Diligently managing the relationships with the client you will ensure the company is compliant with its contractual obligations and that its interests are protected and maximised for the life of the project.  

You will be a results focused leader with 5+ years of experience in project delivery across production crushing & screening projects. Your ability to be responsive and find innovative solutions to increase productivity and production through effective management of project resources will set you apart. 

The successful candidate will display:

• Values driven leadership to the workforce, engagement and the development and promotion of safety (Zero Harm)
• Proven project supervisory experience including the ability to effectively forecast costs is essential.
• Previous experience with track mounted mobile crushing and screening equipment is highly desirable
• Extensive experience in a production environment across various commodities.
• Proven problem solving ability to deliver alternative outcomes
• Building and maintaining of strong client relationships with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement
• Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation
• An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources
• Current unencumbered WA "C" class drivers licence
