Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services (M&IS) division supplies long term maintenance contracts, shutdowns, execution of minor capital projects and asset integrity works to blue chip clients across Australia.

Our M&IS Oil & Gas division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world class onshore and offshore assets. As such, we are seeking applications of high calibre Shutdown Coordinators to join our successful offshore team.

Based in Perth, with ad-hoc travel offshore, the Shutdown Coordinator is responsible for the assessing, defining, executing and the closeout of the shutdown scope, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, to required client specifications and within budget.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience with Offshore Oil and Gas production facilities and experience working at a Leadership level
• Shutdown/ Turnaround coordination experience and field execution experience.
• Highly skilled in the use of SAP CMMS System and previous planning experience resourcing work scopes
• Ability to effectively communicate at a General Management level within our organisation and the client's
• The ability to provide innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to execute work problems and opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills in influencing and teamwork
• Ability to help build and develop effective, high performing teams
