This owner operated mining company is looking for an experienced Fitter to join them on a permanent basis at one of their flagship operation in WA on an 5/2 residential roster.

They are an industry leading mining company with a strong pipeline of exploration and development projects, a solid financial position and a highly-experienced management team which provides excellent career growth opportunities for the successful applicant. To be considered

• Trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting and Machining .
• Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience on fixed plant equipment.
• Carry out routine inspections of machinery and fixed plant including preventative measures and condition reporting.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the mining industry.
• Basic fabrication, welding.
• Experience in Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Demonstrated application of safe working procedures and inspection techniques.
