We are a growing business located in Midvale and servicing a wide range of customers in metro and regional areas.
We are looking for a team player who wants to learn from experienced tradesmen. We are prepared to train the successful applicant in many aspects of this varied and challenging role.
Duties will include (but not limited to);
- Responding to breakdowns – metro & regional
- Repairs and services on civil & construction, mining & transport equipment in workshop & the field
- Scheduled services for clients on site & in workshop
- Travelling to remote areas to perform work
- Component overhaul – workshop based
To be successful in this role you must possess the following;
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification (Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic or similar)
- Excellent presentation & customer liaison skills
- Be physically fit
- A desire to learn and be part of the team
- The ability to work to high standards
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and health practices
- Valid WA Drivers licence
- The ability to complete a medical, Drug & Alcohol test and Police clearance
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work a reasonable amount of overtime
Experience with hydraulics & auto electrics would be an advantage.
Remuneration will be based on experience.
