Ausmech Pty Ltd is a light vehicle, heavy vehicle, forklift and plant equipment repairer based in Singleton NSW.
Our customer base ranges from mining and earthmoving, to civil and defence.
Ausmech has a number of positions available for qualified Plant Mechanics & Heavy Vehicle Mechanics. Positions are onsite roles, from crew positions to general labour hire, completing service work, repairs and breakdown support to our customers on various open cut mine sites. CAT experience is a must with Hitachi experience an advantage.
Essential Criteria:
* Committed to safety
* Trade Certificate of Proficiency
* Own tools for the role
* Current Drivers Licence
* Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
* Open cut mine experience
* CAT machinery experience
Desireable Criteria:
* Working at Heights (completed within 2 years)
* MDG25 Hot Work (completed within 2 years)
* Experience on shift work
