Are you a Heavy Plant Maintenance Fitter who is looking for a change for the better? Are you sick of working night shifts and weekends, and looking for a Monday to Friday role? Are you ready to join a family owned business and become an integral part of our team working in the Hunter Valley, NSW?
Mayfield Group own and operate an extensive fleet of earthmoving and heavy mining equipment, providing comprehensive solutions for the mining and civil industries.
If you have 2 years’ experience working on heavy plant such as Dozers and Haul Trucks in a mining environment, consider yourself to be a self-motivated and able to work autonomously, then we are looking for you.
We are seeking a Heavy Plant Maintenance Fitter with the following qualifications as a minimum:
• Certificate of Proficiency (Minimum requirement – Upskill to Heavy Plant Mechanic OR Certificate III in Automotive Engineering Heavy Vehicle)
• Working at Heights
• MDG25 Certification
• Dogging and other high-risk qualifications
This position is offered on a full-time basis, working primarily on day shift, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as required from time to time.

You will be expected to pass a full-functional medical and complete all relevant mine site inductions. All applicants must submit certificates of competency and detailed resume to be considered for this position.
