Our client is a leading Mining and Civils contractor who are in the process of bidding on a range of projects in WA and are looking to grow their already strong team. With the first of these projects commencing in Q3 this year our client is looking for the right candidates to ensure a successful operation.
This position is for a Project Engineer, a Project Engineer to act as a liaison between the PM and the on site technical disciplines. As well as being the technical point of contact for the client.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
- Accountable for traffic management performance and auditing across the project.
- In charge of performance management of subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are carried out as per project QA requirements.
- Assure the accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in to project schedules.
Key requirements:
- Tertiary Engineering Qualification
- 5 years on site experience
- Strong communication and technical expertise
- Experience in Civil and Mining Sector.
