About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Dayshift) to work within the Services Department and ensure effective and efficient management of the department.
This role is a great opportunity for a safety and delivery focused Supervisor who is passionate about coaching and mentoring your team. Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you will be:
- Leading a team of maintainers to achieve safety and production targets.
- Monitoring and tracking the weekly maintenance plan.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in areas of equipment productivity, reliability and availability.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
- Ensuring the team is delivering value and working towards a preventative maintenance focus.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience leading a diverse workforce within the operational/maintenance environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office package and SAP.
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- High risk work license, frontline management qualification and experience as a task manager on shutdowns.
