MDR Certification Engineers is a fast growing Third Party Inspection and NDT company based in Henderson, Western Australia.  You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience to world-class projects being rewarded for excellence, innovation and teamwork, and further develop your career.

We are currently requesting EOI for Qualified Mechanical Engineer / Plant Inspector to work from our Henderson Office base, with the ability to occasionally work on projects in remote locations around Australia and projects overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of inspection type work on pressure vessels and piping
  • Liaise with clients and provide recommendations where required
  • Coordination and supervision of jobs
  • Prepare and compile reports
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition at all times and where required is calibrated
  • Ensure that proper safety procedures are strictly followed.

To be considered for the role applicants would need to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Qualifications in AICIP / API 653 / API 510 / API 570 / API 580
  • Sound knowledge of Pressure Vessels and Storage tanks
  • Qualification and experience in NDT is highly regarded
  • Ability to contribute and work as part of a team environment as well as provide leadership on projects when required
  • High level of computer skills (Word and Excel)
  • Current full West Australian "C" class driver's licence or current equivalent is essential
  • A willingness to travel to different locations as required.
  • Ability to pass Laboratory Drug & Alcohol Testing
