We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to the warranty department in our main branch in Wauchope NSW.
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will assist the warranty department and provide general administrative support.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience in general office administrative processes
- Good organisational skills – able to prioritise under pressure
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work unsupervised, be conscientious and reliable
- Team player with positive attitude to your work
- The right to work unrestricted in Australia.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience with Pronto, SAP or similar software is a plus
- Ability to assist with report writing
Salary:
