We require an experienced Duty Manager for this dynamic role who will be involved in all aspects of our front of house retail department, including supervision and leadership of the customer service team. If you enjoy interacting on a daily basis with your customers and have the ability to motivate your team to constantly strive to improve then you should read on!
This senior position requires a mature minded person with a minimum of 10 years proven management experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Exceeding sales budgets
- Team management
- Events organisation
- Overseeing of our customer satisfaction program.
An applicant with strong planning skills, an eye for detail and who takes pleasure in ensuring all customers' requirements are met will do well in this position.
You will need to possess:
- Extensive experience in POS systems,
- Cash management experience,
- Stock control and reporting experience,
- Previous experience in staff rostering
- Staff training and recruitment
- Management reports
- Strong computer skills.
You will be required to work a 7 day rotating roster, which includes weekends, school and public holidays and some evenings.
