WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for a position at Funworks, you will have demonstrated experience and ability to meet the following:

• A passion for customer service and achieving sales results
• Experience in a fast-paced cash handling role
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• A proven track record (with a referree!) of being a capable go-getter and self-starter, with experience acting independently using your own initiative to complete tasks and solve problems
• Excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills
• An enthusiastic and motivated disposition and industrious personality

WHO WE ARE
Funworks Lolly Shops is a young and exciting team with five locations throughout Perth as well as our Online Store which are currently looking for awesome new team members.

At Funworks, we sell not just lollies, but happiness, with our emphasis being on providing each and every customer with the best customer experience possible. We are always on the look out for energetic and friendly individuals, who are also logistically minded and have amazing people skills.

We are a team of like-minded, friendly, hardworking and determined individuals - We have to be! As we are one person on at a store at a time, so we are responsible for 100% of the happenings in the store when we are at work. 
We are always pushing each other to achieve better than just the average, and as such all have the desire to get the job done to the highest standard even if it requires extra effort or output – we always rock up to work ready to go the extra mile. There is a high level of respect, teamwork and dedication from everyone involved. It is never just one person doing everything; everyone works for each other. While still being "super fun".

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our team all work independently (solo shifts) to complete the following duties: 

• Opening and closing the store (including cash up)
• Restocking
• Merchandising
• Pricing
• Dates control
• Bagging
• Cleaning
• Picking/Packing Orders
• While always providing the MOST genuine and personable customer service in Perth!
• As well as working alongside a team to achieve sales results!
