About the role:
Our client is a well-established boutique retailer who is looking for an experienced Replenishment Inventory Planner to join their Melbourne Head Office.
This is a small business that requires the capability of someone that is hands on and willing to work across the business autonomously to maximise opportunities through sales and to drive profitability. You should be an experienced Replenishment/Inventory Planner with experience from a speciality retailer and have a passion to cook and desire to add value.
Skills and experiences required:
- Replenishment/Inventory Planner experience within a speciality or boutique retailer
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines with a high attention to detail and great multitasking skills
- Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation, customer service, problem solving and organisational skills
- Retail Express Inventory Management platform knowledge and usage
- Experienced in management of ordering, organising replenishment, setting stock levels and inventory stock
- Also you will be experienced in liaising with vendors, overlooking all shipment drops and delivery of stock to warehouse
- Excellent excel and computer skills (advanced level)
- A high level of stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
