Retail Managers for this leading international retailer! Our client is seeking to recruit  and retain the best Retail and Hospitality leaders Melbourne has to offer. These roles will see you working in a fast paced, physically demanding, structured, process driven environment, you will be responsible a wide range of duties including:

• Inspiring, Engaging & Leading a team of 10
• Driving store performance, ensuring KPIs & Targets are achieved
• Managing costs, labour, waste, shrinkage and everything in between
• Quality control
• OHS
• Ensuring that you and your team and delivering great customer service

Essential for this role

• A hands on lead by example approach 
• 3 - 5 years fast paced retail or hospitality management experience
• Genuine passion for leading a high performing team 
• Exceptional communication skills
• High energy and ability to priorities and work well under pressure 
• Clear decision making skills
