Senior Assistant Managers  || NSW
 
This expanding large format business is looking for experienced Assistant Managers with warm and fuzzy personalities! You will work towards delivering a fun and exciting experience to your customers. This is a busy and fast paced environment so the ideal candidate will be a keen hands on and a tangible part of the team!
 
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of up to 20 staff and working towards sales budgets and KPI's. You will be actively in control and have accountability for financials and P&L. Stock management and attention to detail in merchandising will also be at the forefront of your priorities. You will be an ALL-ROUNDER!
 
 

What we need from you? Our ideal candidate:
 

• Strong Supervisory/ Management experience (large format / team size background)
• Operational all-rounder - proficient in financials, P&L, merchandising
• Well balanced between operational and people management
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Preference in working with Apparel 
• Strong communicator
• Willingness to learn
• ATTITUDE
• PASSION
