The regional managers are hands on people developers and are seeking a team of strong leaders to quickly step into the next Store + Cluster Managers.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced retail assistant manager to lead their South Sydney location. As a manager in this business you have the autonomy to influence business decisions, visual merchandising standards as well as apply your own style of performance and team management.

What's included?

Salary package of up to $553,000 + Clothing + Bonuses
Succession plan into next Store + Cluster Manager
Ability to be autonomous and make influential decisions.
Sunday to Thursday Roster
Fantastic regional management & Head office support.

To be successful:

Consistent management experience
Experience in apparel/clothing is preferred
Strength in leading a team
A proven track record hitting set KPI's and targets
Exposure to managing a high stock volume
A fun & energetic management style
The ability to INSPIRE and THINK OUTSIDE THE SQUARE!!
A passion for first class customer service to even your tiniest customers!!
